We charge $9.00 for standard Australia post delivery and Express shipping is $12.00 Australia-wide.
In Australia we use Australia Post to get your glasses to you. Once your order has left our hands, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Express shipping usually takes up to 2 - 3 business days to be delivered. (this depends on delivery address).
As soon as your order has left us, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your Australia Post tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't worry if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer two services for international deliveries, outlined below. The timeframes outlined are estimates only, and will vary depending on the destination. Please note, Australia Post's service will be handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
NEW ZEALAND
Australia Post International | $20 AUD | 7 + business days.
Express Courier | $40 AUD | 3 - 7 business days
REST OF WORLD
All other international orders are charged at either:
Australia Post International | $30 AUD | 10 + business days.
Express Courier | $50 AUD | 3-8 business days
Please note: For international shipping you are liable for any incoming taxes your country may charge to receive the goods.
Holtsee is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to some countries and some countries we are unable to ship via courier.
