How does the 'Try at Home' service work?
The 'TRY AT HOME' service is only available to our Australian customers. Pick out five fabulous frames from our 'TRY AT HOME' collection to test out at home with our easy 'Try at Home' service. You’ve got five days to play dress ups and decide which style you love the most, then return all five frames and order the pair (or pairs) you like.
Are all styles are available for 'Try at Home'?
Most of our styles are available to try on at home! All available frames are located in the 'Try at Home' Collection. If some frames are unavailable it is because either they’re out getting test driven by other customers or we have very limited stock.
Is the Try at Home Service free?
The Try at Home service is free, however you will be charged shipping.
The exception is: if you don't return your 'Try at Home' glasses or if the returned glasses are damaged, we will need to charge the card on file the full price for each outstanding or damaged pair. In order to avoid this charge, your 'Try at Home' will need to be sent—by the fifth full day after delivery. (We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget.) If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, just drop it in the mail on the next available day. If you need an extra day or two, please send us an email and we will work it out with you.
How do I send them back?
After having fun trying on your frames for five business days, pop all five pairs back in the original packaging. Tape the box shut and place the prepaid Australia Post return label on the outside and then simply drop it back off to Australia Post for them to get it back to us.
Are the frames I have chosen in the 'Try at Home' collection thoroughly cleaned and safe for me to wear?
Yes! We sanitise and clean every single frame that is returned to us. No different than if you are trying on glasses at your local optometrist or eyewear chain.
