How does the Try-On Party work?
Choose up to five frames from our Try-On Party collection and we’ll send them straight to your door.
You’ve got five days to try them on at home, have some fun, and see what you love — then send them all back and order your favourite pair (or two). Currently only available for Australian addresses.
Are all frames available to try?
Most of our styles are available!
If a frame isn’t there, it’s likely out being tried on by another fabulous customer or we have limited stock.
How much does it cost?
The Try-On Party is $25 for shipping and handling (that’s there and back).
If the frames aren’t returned, or come back damaged, we’ll need to charge the full price of the missing pair/s.
When do I need to send them back?
You’ve got five days from delivery.
We’ll send you a reminder so you don’t forget.
If it falls on a weekend or holiday, just pop them in the post the next business day.
Need a little extra time? Just email us — we’re easy.
How do I return them?
Pop all five frames back into the box, place it in the satchel, stick the return label on the outside, and drop it at Australia Post.
Simple.
Are the frames clean?
Yes — every frame is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each try-on.
Just like trying on glasses in-store.
