Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt.  All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note : If returning for a refund, you will need to pay for the return shipping costs via your chosen postal method.

Sale items are non-refundable, but you are welcome to return for a store credit. Sale items include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and any other sale where the product price is marked down or we have used a checkout discount code.

Customers purchasing any of our optical products with custom prescription lens made please note: Unless deemed faulty through manufacturing fault, we are unable to provide a refund or store-credit as these are personalised, custom made-to-order products.

Also, If there’s any feedback you would like to send our way along with your return, we would love to hear it as we are all about improving everything we do.
