Holtsee First Access Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Holtsee Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 638 952 173), Australia (“Holtsee”).
2. Promotion Period
The Holtsee First Access Giveaway opens at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday 18 August 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Holtsee Australia, anyone involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete the Holtsee First Access form during the Promotion Period by providing their first name and valid email address.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Prize
There is one prize to be won.
The winner will receive one pair of Holtsee glasses from our newest release, in their choice of available frame colour, with the lens option they require.
The winner may choose from the lens options available, including:
- ready-to-wear reading lenses
- sunglasses
- sunreaders
- single-vision prescription lenses
- multifocal prescription lenses
Where prescription or multifocal lenses are selected, the winner must provide Holtsee with a valid prescription and any measurements or other information reasonably required for the lenses to be produced.
The maximum retail value of the prize is AUD $555.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw after entries close on Wednesday 19 August 2026.
The draw will take place at approximately 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 at Holtsee Australia in Sydney, NSW.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
Holtsee will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 7 days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within that period, the prize will be considered unclaimed and Holtsee may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
8. First Access
Entrants who join First Access will receive early access to view and shop the new Holtsee release before its general public launch.
First Access is separate from winning the giveaway. Joining First Access does not guarantee that an entrant will win the prize.
9. Email & Privacy
Personal information provided as part of the promotion will be handled in accordance with Holtsee Australia's Privacy Policy.
Where an entrant has consented to receive Holtsee marketing communications, they may unsubscribe from those communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in Holtsee emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid competition entry will not invalidate that entry.
10. General
Holtsee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using false information or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances outside Holtsee's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, Holtsee may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Any changes to the promotion will be communicated to entrants or made publicly available where reasonably required.
Holtsee will provide the prize as described in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.
This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
